Questions customers ask
Who owns the site once it's built?
You do — the design, the code and the content, once it's paid for. If you also host with us, we register and hold the domain while that plan is active; you can buy it outright at any time. Full detail is in the terms of service.
How long does a website take?
About a week is typical from kickoff to live. Some projects need longer — our terms allow up to an additional week with no penalty to you, though most don't need it.
Do I have to host with you?
No. Hosting is a separate, optional plan billed monthly or yearly. You're free to take the finished files to any host you'd rather use.
How many pages can I get?
As many as the project needs — we don't cap page count. Scope is what moves the price from the $650 starting point, and you'll see the final number in writing before you pay anything.
Is the site accessible?
We build to WCAG 2.2 level AA as a baseline: keyboard navigation, real alt text, contrast that passes, and headings in a sensible order. Our own accessibility statement says what we've tested and what we haven't.
